About Me

Hello, I'm Anna-Lena

I was born in June '87 and my mission is to move people — children and adults alike — and inspire them about their health and lifestyle, to save them from suffering and to let them enjoy their lives with passion and vitality.

For everyone who carries this wish within, I want to be a support to experience their body and mind in the best possible health.

I grew up in a family of therapists. Beach exercises, Kneipp therapy, seawater therapy, orthopaedic children's gymnastics, aquatic exercises, and a healthy, nature-connected lifestyle were always "normal" for me.

My original dream of becoming a fashion designer was discarded after an internship at my godfather's naturopathic practice. I was too inspired by the possibility of helping people so honestly and naturally.

This experience was later followed by numerous interesting training courses and further education in Germany and my second home, New Zealand.

What does Koru mean?

Koru describes the spiral-like movement of the growing fern, which constantly repeats and continues. During these repetitions, steady changes and growth take place.

Koru symbolises the earth-connected natural force of humanity.

Koru Healthstyle describes the shift from a consumption-oriented lifestyle — "my boat, my house, my car" — to a healthier way of living: the Healthstyle — "my body".

Everyone who has realised that health comes first can identify with the Koru Healthstyle.
